I know this farm is old but I just Made a new vid and spent a few hours putting together a sliver armor build that works for farming greens off of both Orosen and Ghial. its a little tricky so i utilized skills that would allow you to survive both bosses.

of couse people have thier own variants and styles but this one works for me and im capable of takes out both in 1 run.

Protective spirit,Spirit Bond, Shielding Hands,Sliver Armor,Glyph of Concetration,Balthazars spirit,mending,blessed aura.

Protection 4+3+1
Earth Magic 12
Healing 5+3
Divine 10+3

Keep protective spirit up the whole time. and always cast shielding hands after casting protective spirit and not before or else the reduced damaged of SH will not stack over PS.

-when you reach Orosen cast PS and run over to the mob on the left and aggro it.

- re-cast PS and cast SH then run past orosen and aggro the mob guarding the bridge.(why aggro all this? so that you can deal enough damage from Sliver armor to kill Orosen.)

- after you aggro the bridge mob, run back to Orosen (upholding PS and SH use Spirit Bond if your waiting for SH to recharge)

- Stand next to orosen then cast Glyph, then Sliver armor and wait for him to die.

- Once hes dead, Run across the bridge allll the way to the second bridge running with both PS an SH up at all times.

-When your just outside aggro range of the mob by the second bridge, cast PS/SH and run across the bridge(dont get stuck!) and then run across the third bridge imediately to your right. stand on the middle of the third bridge and re cast PS/SH and go straight for Ghial. stand next to Ghial and use Glyph/Sliver Armor.

-after you cast sliver armor, PS/SH is almost gone so now Cast PS and cast Spirit Bond Directly after SH expires, Followed up by SH once its recharged.

Then your done, ive found both greens, a superior vigor rune, and some exp scrolls(including beserkers) while doing this run a few times.

i am not the creator of this run nor the maker of the build, this is just my version and i hope it works for you too.

by the way, what program did you use to record your video?
I been trying to use Camtasia, but unfortunately, the only way to record would be running GW in a window. I have not figured out how to record using camtasia having GW in full screen.

By chance can u state armor setup - is it low armor or max armor , i ask as 55 monks tend to use either and spirit bond i kno works best on low armor.
This info shud help some new 55 monks with the build

Doesn't it piss you off when the mesmers interrupt PS (or other spells), it amazing how they camp on the 1/4 sec casting time and somehow seems to hit you at the perfect time.

I used starter armor since Protective spirit reduces damage despite having 5 armor or 60 armor.the damage reduced will always be 10% of your max health which is in this case (if you have 5hp) 5 damage a hit. make sure you have 3 superior runes on your gear and a -50hp grim cesta as your off hand item, (they go for 10k, or you can get one from the cities of ascalon quest) and i use a totem axe which is usually 2k-3k. some type of weapon with 20% enchant on it will work fine.

Absolutely. thats why you need to waste 1 whole slot for the Glyph just so that you can cast a spell with 1 sec cast time! ridiculous i know. but its all chance on this farm, 1/4 cast spells increases your chances of surviving, alot more than 1 sec spells, but still not enough for a 90% sucess rate. my advice for Ghial is to buff up on the bridge before you rush in. it seems if you wait too long the mesmers will have a better chance of interupting. this is just observation but the longer it takes you to kill the less chances to survive.

and of course, practice practice practice, timing is everything.
